AMCOM Field Maintenance Activity contract win

The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command has awarded Sigmatech a $234 million prime contract — the largest single award in the company's history.

Announced on August 15, 2025, the five-year agreement places Sigmatech at the center of AMCOM's Field Maintenance Activity at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

It deepens a relationship the company has held at the arsenal for decades, spanning logistics, field support, depot operations, and training across the Army's aviation and missile enterprise.

The contract is structured as a one-year base period with four additional option years, giving Sigmatech a performance window of up to five years — and reflecting the Army's intent to sustain the partnership over the long term.

A Central Role at Redstone Arsenal

Redstone Arsenal is one of the Army's principal centers for keeping aviation and missile systems mission-ready. Under the agreement, Sigmatech embeds logistics, engineering, and field-support teams directly into that sustainment mission.

Scope of Work

Sigmatech's responsibilities span the full sustainment lifecycle — logistics assistance and supply management; field troubleshooting, repair, and technical support; and training for Army aviation and missile systems. Logistics Assistance Representatives will embed with units for direct field support, while depot operations at Tobyhanna and Letterkenny handle dedicated missile work, backed by obsolescence management and depot-level refurbishment and overhaul programs.

The award demonstrates the Army's confidence in our ability to deliver unmatched technical and operational excellence — expanding support for materiel readiness and mission sustainability across multiple domains.

The milestone reinforces Sigmatech's role in sustaining the readiness of fielded Army systems, and reflects nearly four decades of work across the aviation, missile, space, and security-cooperation domains.
